Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Please note that returns without authorization will not be accepted.
To obtain Return Authorization Code. call 1-800-315-6101 or by email at: sales@Egyptmuseum.com you will be given a Return Authorization Code. Write this code on the return package.
- There will be NO RETURNS on all personalized and customized items.
- There will be 15% restocking fees on all returned orders NO EXCEPTIONS.
